General:
For all individual disciplining, the start will take place after the current medal count (the best last). When the participants have no medals, the start is based on the ranking ladder (the best last). The groups are formed according to the current participants in the medal table and still have no medals on the ranking ladder. (For example, are at 8 participants in group one, the four best runners)
For all team disciplining, the first field of competitors, according to the current participants in the medal table and still have no medals on the ladder ranking, divided into three equally sized groups. (For example, the top three in one group, which ranked 4, 5 and 6 in group two and the last three in group three) from each group then becomes a participant of the racing line, drawn in each team. This gives each team one participant from each group. The starting order of team members is then obtained from the groups. (Group three at first, then group two, became group one) If the number of participants is not just to divide by three to that or the last-place, after the current medal count and participants are no medals for the Ladder rankings, not participate .
When cut or otherwise attempt to cheat keep the racing line before a disqualification of the participant for the discipline. When repeated attempts at exclusion follows from the Second Zapo Winter Games.
The Race Director has the right short-term changes of the rules. The rules will be announced before each event.
Participants are encouraged to know the rules before the race!
